The Mobile24 App enables to an easier communication between technicians and Call Center. The technician can see all relevant job data without the need to return to the workshop.

The App shows all the information clearly arranged and the technician automatically receives the navigation data to the breakdown location. Standardized reports for the transmission of the current status reduce and simplify the individual steps of the process. Additonally there is the possibility to take pictures and send them case-related to the breakdown management software.
