MockLoc - Fake GPS location

-Significant performance improvement.

-Bug fixes.

-A new option to save and edit favorite places. (save by long click on the mock button or adding from history by clicking the like button).

-Two new operating modes for the game mode:

*Indoor mode - for indoor spaces without a GPS signal.

*Outdoor mode - for places in the open sky with a GPS signal (can cause performance degradation and unexpected errors, device dependent).
