MyHealth is an Android Mobile App to keep track of the family’s Medical History, Illness, Prescription, Vaccination, Regular Tests & Medication,

Hospitalization details, Medical Checkups, etc.

Details on the family’s Medical Insurance can be saved, along with a copy of the policy.

Get alerts on due date for Vaccination, Master Checkup, Next Consultation and Renewal of Insurance.

Convenient to store the results of regular tests like Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Cholesterol and Weight.

MyHealth calculates the BMI and BMI status.

MyHealth has a list of Lab Tests with the reference values (Reference values may vary. Please consult your physician).

MyHealth does not require Internet or Wi-Fi connection.

It works on any Android Phone/Tab, from OS 2.3.6 onwards.

Data is kept private in your phone/tab always.

MyHealth Use:

- Convenient to recall the medical history of a family member while visiting the doctor.

- Keep track on Blood Sugar and Blood Pressure test on a regular basis.

- Records details of Vaccination given and know the next vaccination date.

- Save a copy of Medical Checkup Report in MyHealth.
