If your device is unable to provide your location, default one will be selected: 51.4788, 0.0 (Greenwich). Bear in mind that if you select another virtual location program will just record offset. So, if your device later on acquire your real location, virtual location for photos will be calculated using earlier recorded offsets (from Greenwich) so real virtual location could be quite different from earlier intended - of course, unless your real location is actually in Greenwich... :-)
