  Added option to disconnect BT when application goes to background. On some devices and Android versions ( 4.2.2 ) there is a problem with reconnect if application is killed in background when BT is connected. In this case only reboot of device helps to make new BT connections.
  Devices known to have this problem: Asus Memopad HD7.
  This setting is disabled by default, it can be enabled under "Settings/BT connection settings"
