Bugfix release. Fixes uploading camera picture on some Android versions.

What's new on recent versions:

- Tobacco image manager: go to the specific tobacco's screen, tap to expand the image, then tap the gear icon.
- Fixes for KitKat compatibility
- Swipe down to check for data updates (from either list)
- Initial data initialisation should be smoother
- Filtering should be smoother
- Several design and usability improvements
- Fixed several bugs and some crashes
