NEW: HOTFIX for network access errors!

This app remains completely free (I removed in-app purchases, no ads etc.)
* More fixes to small-screen devices
* PAUSE the tape and resume playing it at any time
* In addition to SEARCH for names and publishers, you can write your own MySQL query for more elaborate game database searches
* You can UNZIP a game file in-place from the file selection menu
* Added a test PILOT tone so you can test the volume without loading a game
* Removed extra permissions
