- Enhanced Privyr Lead Forms to support adding a Success CTA button

- We've added new @variables for content messages including @clientEmail, @clientPhone, and more. When creating/editing a Message template, or the default message for a File/Page, scroll to the bottom and tap on 'View @viariables' to see all available options.

- You can now opt to automatically derive a client's Display Name based on their Client Name under Account > Settings > Personalisation > Default Display Name
