Added Notification Settings to the SETTINGS page.

Notification Settings:
*Daily Reminders - You can now set personal reminders that will be repeated daily.

Note: The Daily Reminders setting requires the permission WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE in order to save your personal reminders.
