1. Now with HTML/CSS3 formatted content in questions, allowing images and even animated CSS3 shapes.
2. Question ID & Number are now displayed during a test.
3. Doesn't force lock questions when entering in free version.
4. Updated lockQuestions(param) function useful for free/paid versions control.
5. Question Review with HTML/CSS3 content & Question Id.
