* Fixed the radio display when connecting to analog 4-wire devices:
- Show COR/PTT status ('Idle', 'Transmitting', or 'Receiving') in place of the channel name.
- Other transmitting client user names will be displayed below.

* Fixed automatic gain controls.

* Targets API level 31.

* Added BLUETOOTH_CONNECT permission to allow Android 12+ devices to connect to an external Aina bluetooth PTT voice recorder.
