The user may now set fitness goals on a spectrum between loosing weight and gaining muscle. The relative frequency of weight, kettlebell and cardio workouts will be set accordingly. The user can also schedule days and times of the week to be reminded to work out. The user can now track body measurements, including weight, waist, hips etc. including any custom measurements desired. A summary of workout statistics is now included as well as one-rep maximums for all weight lifting exercises.
