* Fixed Deelife TPMS connection setup.
* Connection timeout resets the associated gauges.
* Fixed manually entering gears 9 or 10.
* Fixed MRD file sync re-downloading some files.
* Connection properties are now imported from settings XML file.
* When settings are imported, the connection XML files are automatically downloaded if they are in user MRD files.
