Recurring Tasks

- Added a tagging system. Tasks can now be tag to organize and group different types of tags. There is an interface for adding, renaming and removing tags, tags are visible and can be removed from the task detail view, and the task list can be filtered by tag.
- Added a navigation drawer. Primary use is to filter the task list by tags. Also includes links to the edit tags interface and settings
