  Added "No More Moves New Deal" setting. Choosing the default option of "Select" will allow you to select the new deal type each time, whereas setting it to "Repeat" will immediately deal the previous deal type (Random, Winning or Vegas).
  Fixed a stability issue on some older devices running Android pre-Lollipop (5.0).
