  -Rebuilt app using latest APIs.
  -Made audio equalizer work in more situations, particularly with native audio. New setting "disable fast Android audio path" should be selected to prevent low-latency audio from disabling equalizer.

  -Various bug fixes and appearance improvements.

  -Added support for native audio (OpenSL ES) on Android 2.3+ devices, including low-latency audio support for Android 4.2+ devices which support it.
  -Added settings option to select native audio.
  -Low buffer sizes (8k/40ms) now possible on every Android 2.3+ phone.
  -Now automatically reconnects if needed on settings changes (with settings option to disable).
  -Removed "Reliable communication" settings option, not useful, now always "on".
