  You can now upload your .fit files directly to Spoked inside the "Complete Session" form. Simply upload your file and if the activity was completed on that day it will appear in the activity list for you to use to complete your session.

  It is now easier to control your sessions and schedule. Via the new menu on the session cards you can view, export, complete, edit, move, skip and delete your sessions directly from the My Plan page. We have also added the option to add a session to each day via the My Plan page.
  
  Completed sessions are now easier to distinguish in your schedule.

  A small update to make the Workout Player more usable. We fixed a bug that was causing the Workout Player's timer to lag behind on some devices and having the Workout Player open will now also keep your device awake.

  You can now follow along with your session directly in the app with the new Workout Player. If you're training by heart rate and using a wearable monitor or training by feel, all you need is your mobile device to follow your efforts.
  
  We've also fixed a couple of bugs in the subscription and plans pages.
