Updated targetSdkVersion to latest one to support installation by new users on Android 13

Bug fixes:
- Spellings fixed for shlokas
- Issue of chapter ending text being displayed with multiple shlokas when display meaning is unchecked is fixed
- Chapter start and end text shown for english language
- When navigating forward and reverse in individual shloka format, message displayed when chapter end
