* Rogue camps can only be attacked once every refresh. (4x per day max)
* Moved most kingdom strength calculations to server to make rankings more accurate on castle screen when loading.
* Added a + button next to buildings. When clicked it will take the desired number based on your percentages and fill it out for you automatically.
* Fixed a formatting issue for Barracks 3 which showed extra decimal places.
