V24.2: The Expansion Update - T16 and Beyond

* Bot Revamp: Redesigned bots are now more intuitive with toggle options, new stats, and labs.
* UW Improvements: Adjusted stats, new upgrades, reworked multiple UW+, and introduced new labs.
* Performance Improvements: Rewrote code for smoother performance; fixing spawn rate disparities.
* New Tiers (16-18): Also rebalanced T13-15.
* Perk Improvements: Auto Perk Priority labs and minor perk changes
* Many, many other changes and bug fixes.
