Grow a Garden Fairy Event (Part 1)
The Fairy Event in Grow a Garden is a limited-time magical event that brings sparkle and new mechanics to the game. Centered around the Fairy Godmother and the Wishing Well (Fountain), the event challenges players to collect special fruits known as Glimmering fruits. The event runs roughly every hour for an initial 10-minute window that can be extended with upgrades.
Fairy Godmother Upgrades
Players earn Fairy Points by submitting Glimmering mutated fruits to the Wishing Well, which can then be exchanged for upgrades from the Fairy Godmother. These upgrades enhance the event experience by:
- Glimmer Multiplier: Doubles the chance for fruits to gain the Glimmering mutation.
- Roaming Fairy Spawn Amount: Increases the number of fairies that randomly appear around the map, which encourages interaction and more mutation opportunities.
- Fairy Event Duration: Extends the duration of the Fairy Event each hour from the default 10 minutes up to 20 minutes, depending on upgrade levels.
- Fairy Spawn Amount: Increases the number of fairies entering your garden during the event from 3 to up to 7 at the maximum upgrade level.
Fountain Power & Wishing Well
The Wishing Well is the focal point of the event. Players submit Glimmering fruits to it to fill the Fountain Power meter. Submitting any Glimmering fruit grants Fairy Points, but submitting specific requested fruits instantly fills the meter completely and grants a Wish. Wishes allow players to select from three random rewards and increase their reward tier for better items.
Fairy Points serve as currency to buy the upgrades mentioned above, making submitting fruits an essential cyclical activity of the event.
