small update with fix of app icon background

- zone files were updated to 2016j (Saratov, Tonga, Casey)
- new application icon, thanks to goomaneest

- zone files were updated to 2016h (Turkey, Gaza, Hebron)

- zone files were updated to 2016f (Novosibirsk, Cairo)
- fixed an issue with invalid update in data folder

Still missing functionality for ICU db (affects Android 4.4).
