v1.2 - Quite a big update

- Added 4 new presets
- Changed all icons to FontIcon modules to make them easier to change
- Tweaked SideDrawer
- Tweaked the meuns
- Tweaked annimations
- Added a global switch to easily remove the bottom black Nav Bar if you are using a phone with no on screen nav buttons
- Added global colour to match map image background colour to dock colour
- Added Image global which changes background image and image in SideDrawer

I think that's everything :-D
