Issues fixed in this version:

* fixed issue with login redirecting to the TMW website
* added automatic user session refreshing when the session expires, to prevent user from needing to login again
* removed "Environment Select" button from Login page
* added link to privacy policy to Login page and About page
* fixed Order progress icon to update when Trip is reloaded
* fixed issue with continuously attempting to refresh session when first attempt fails
