Enhanced email distribution methodology. Improved handling of attendees who leave early and do not sign. Greater interaction with optional web based admin console including: downloading of completed meeting data; population of attendee data from web; time/date stamps on all reports indicating when meeting data has been uploaded and when emails have been sent; enhanced search filtering options; web portal control of organisation wide meeting report recipients.
