User Dictionary Manager (UDM)

+ Added UDM to Copy/Paste menu to make it easier for users to add expressions to personal dictionary
+ Added voice recognition when entering or editing words
+ Added internet permission because of the voice recognition feature above
* Bugfix - import was not working for wordlist under 500 entries
* this same build but with access to the /sdcard/ is found at https://udm.adrianvintu.net/targetSdkVersion_29/UserDictionaryManager-release.apk
