Vokalist has been designed to help singers improvise melodies. The main idea underlying the app is to provide the singer with ready-to-use lyrics for him to be able to concentrate on creating the melody. The singer will have a display of phrases with metre to articulate melodies upon. Vokalist will help the singer focus on the creative process of the melody without having the need to think about the lyrics, thus saving his cognitive energy to improve his singing.

How to use Vokalist:

1) Play the music you want to add vocals to

2) Open the app

3) Click on the Play or Forward button to pass on phrases

4) Start articulating the melody you have on your mind using the phrases the app provides you with

5) Save or Block phrase
