Zu den Instrumenten:

Passend zum Fußball klingt die traditionelle, brasilianische Apito-Pfeife wie eine Trillerpfeife. Im Gegensatz zur Trillerpfeife kann die Apito aber zwei verschiedene Töne erzeugen, indem man wie bei einer Flöte die Löcher der Apito verschließt. Hier durch entstehen die für den Brasilianischen Samba so charakteristischen Apito-Klänge.

Auch die Maracas sind aus dem brasilianischen Samba nicht wegzudenken. Die Sambarasseln sind aus Holz und mit Samen oder Kieselsteinen gefüllt. Die Maracas eignen sich perfekt, um spannende Torsituationen noch dramatischer zu gestalten.

Bei dem Guiro entsteht der Klang durch Schrappen mit einem Stift auf den Rippen des Instruments erzeugt. Guiros können unterschiedliche Töne erzeugen, was hauptsächlich von der Größe der ausgehöhlten Guiro abhängt.

You know the Vuvuzela? That's yesterday - this World Cup is preparing for brazilian

samba sounds. Take the party with you, whereever you go. Let your creativity flow and

create your personal hymne for this years summer of football. In this app you

find combined all original samba instruments from brazil, including the Apito whistle, Maraca, Djembe and Guiro together with the noise maker of the last World Cup: The Vuvuzela!

The instruments:

Matching the football theme, the traditional Apito whistle sounds like the officials

whislte. The apito can produce two different sounds in contrast to the simple whistle

known from soccer. These two whistle sounds can be found in every brazilian samba song.

At the foundation of every samba song there are the maracas creating a unique rythmn

base. The same holds for the guiro and the djembe (the drums). Without them a cool

samba beat is not possible.
