  "Settings" have been simplified and made easier to access.

  Score Fast Free now has variable widths for notes and rests.
  Repeats now includes "First time".
  Automatic and manual vertical adjustment of any repeat bracket (e.g. "First time").
  Auto-scroll while playing a score follows all repeats.
  Scrolling scores is now faster.
  Opening scores is now faster.
  Progress is displayed while opening a score.
  Closing a saved score adds its name to the recent scores list.
  Other improvements and bug fixes (including for Android 8).

  Added two "generic" instruments to the available instruments: "Treble Instrument" and "Bass Instrument". Added the option to show or hide individual instrument names in a score. Keyboard staves automatically increase separation for low treble stave notes. Added tied note chord functionality. Bug fixes (including "ottava bassa" for the "Tenor Voice" instrument octave correction).
