  Selecting (highlighting) notes, rests, etc. is even easier with a larger available touch area for each note, rest, etc.

  Score Fast Free now has variable widths for notes and rests.
  Repeats now includes "First time".
  Automatic and manual vertical adjustment of any repeat bracket (e.g. "First time").
  Auto-scroll while playing a score follows all repeats.

  Added two "generic" instruments to the available instruments: "Treble Instrument" and "Bass Instrument". Added the option to show or hide individual instrument names in a score.
