Texting While Walking Block

Display block screen (semi-transparent) to the front, so that you can't be a smartphone operation while you are walking.

Activity Recognition:

Condition for determining walking and update interval are left to Google Play Service (ActivityRecognitionClient).

Supplement:

* During a call, don't display block screen.

* During Screen-OFF, stop monitoring (Power saving).
