Several fixes in response to user reports:
- During login, site is now forced to capitals
- Improved the menu which could take you to an empty looking page if the previous page was scrolled down
- Better handling of keyboard entry when barcode scanning not being used. Now any pre-existing field contents will be highlighted so that what is typed overtypes (particularly useful when entering quantities and no longer have to delete the previous value).
