Chess is a famous board game that is also known as DABA or দাবা খেলা in India and Bangladesh. Two players can play a chess game on a checkered board. When the game begins, every play has 6 pieces: one king, one queen, two rooks, two knights, two bishops, and eight pawns. Every chess piece has a different movement. To win a Chess game, a player has to checkmate, which means capturing the opposite king. A player can capture other player's pieces by his own chess pieces.

Chess game is one of the oldest strategy board game and its rules is a bit difficult for a new player. The king can move one square in any direction, it also has a special movement called castling. Queen is the most powerful piece that can move any number of squares along a rank, file, or diagonal, but cannot leap over other pieces. Pawn is the smallest size and value in a Chess game that can only move one square forward along its file, can move two square forward in a first move. A Pawn can promote and become any other piece if it reaches the opponent's end of the board. Each player has two knights that can moves to a square that is two squares away horizontally and one square vertically, or two squares vertically and one square horizontally. Each player has two bishops and it can move any number of squares diagonally but can't leap over other pieces. Each player has two rooks that can move anywhere from 1 to 7 squares in any direction but cannot leap over other pieces
