Bug Fix: Thanks to Hank Rowland for pointing out that the Gallery could not be accessed

Added MMS image attachments. Use your Gallery, Camera or browse the Cloud for images (requires camera and internet permissions)
Added a sanity check in settings... some people used values like 9999999999999999999999999 which caused a crash :/
Added contact image in SMS tab (if you have an image associated with a contact)
Remove obsolete permissions
Fix some teething issues with new cloud image viewer
