redONE CM App

A channel management app for redONE’s internal managers & staff to view sales reports, schedule visitation to partners’ shops, observe plan details, monitor progress and submit general claims. Users will have access to the Channel Management System (CMS) anywhere as long as they are using a smartphone. CMS’s modules respond to commands made by users depending on their positions:

• Mobile Sales reports allow Sales Manager, Region Heads, Head of Sales and Chief Sales Officer to view weekly and monthly sales reports.

• Mobile Visitation reporting allows upper management users to create their private or public plan to visit partners’ locations/shops. Channel/Sales staff are only able to monitor the status and details of the visitation planning.

• Channel/Sales staff are able to view their live time sales reports & commissions.

• E-Claim allows Channel/Sales staff to submit their mileage and general claims. The details of each claim form can be printed from the web portal.
