The routine is based on High-intensity interval training (HIIT) that includes several interchanging cycles of 20 seconds anaerobic exercises and short recovery brakes. Exercises ought to be loading large muscle groups with high intensity (speedy squats, sprint, etc.).
This application will help you practice the Tabata method easily by alternating the intervals of workouts and brakes and counting time for each period. It also allows you to change parameters for other HIIT.
