Belle and Sebastian is the most beautiful animated film and series, an animated series based on Belle and Sebastian's novel (French: Belle et Sébastien) by a French writer.

The story of the 64-episode film revolves around the adventures of Bill and Sebastian, a 7-year-old boy who lives in a village near the Pyrenees mountain range between France and Spain with Bill the big white dog. Sebastian was living with grandfather Cecil and his granddaughter, Angeloina, as they told him about his mother who had left him with them as a baby and traveled. Sebastian decides to travel to search for his mother, along with the lovely white dog Bill, who escaped from the villagers and the police after they came after him and believed he was a bad dog.

On his journey, Sebastian gets to know many good friends as he and Bill face many events and troubles from thieves who try to steal Bill's dog.

Sebastian also accompanies a small puppy named Pucci who puts it in his pocket. They go on various adventures to find Sebastian's mother Isabel, who works as a singer in a gypsy mobile band called Carlo. Sebastian continues to move from one place to another in search of his mother until he finally meets her.
