Seyed Mehdi Mirdamad was born in March 1978 in one of the southern neighborhoods of Ahvaz. His childhood coincided with the beginning of the imposed war, which led him and his family to seek refuge in the early 1960s from the south of the country to the holy city of Qom, the Crimean city of the family of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh, peace be upon him.
