This is 4SERVICE AS 'app to use when reporting safety events and quality related matters. The app contains taxonomy to notify deviations, observations, near misses, accidents and improvement, as well as a separate module for documentation of completed job safety analysis / risk analysis and another for inspections and audits.

The app is stripped of all unnecessary functions and buttons to make the most user-friendly. Nevertheless, it is a complete reporting tool that meets all our requirements and needs, and we consider improvement opportunities using the app in our company too big.

We at 4SERVICE believe in KIS principle. Keep It Simple. Too many organizations make HSEQ their systems for complex, resulting in under-reporting and a host of bureaucratic mess.

The app is connected to www.hseqreports.com for monitoring and treatment of all cases. Synchronization when you are not online will happen automatically when network connection is established again. You will need your username and password to use the app for reporting.
