[Automatic Subscription Renewal]

If you do not cancel your subscription within the 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period, the subscription will be renewed automatically.

The payment for the next subscription will be confirmed and charged in the 24 hours before the end of your current subscription.

[How to check your subscription status / cancel automatic renewal]

1. Open the “Settings” app

2. Select “iTunes and App Store”

3. Tap “Apple ID: (your email address)” at the top of the screen

4. Tap “View Apple ID” on the pop-up screen

5. Sign in to your Apple ID

6. Choose “Subscriptions”

All of the apps that you currently have paid subscriptions to will appear on this page, and you can cancel your premium membership subscription.

*You cannot cancel your subscription in the Balloon app.

*If you begin your subscription during the free trial period, the remainder of the trial will be cancelled.
