Birthday Countdown Widget App

Birthday Countdown Reminder puts a birthday countdown on your home screen and reminds you before the day arrives, so you never have to rely on memory again.

Add the people who matter, choose a birthday widget, and the days until each birthday count down on their own.

A birthday countdown on your home screen

• Place a birthday countdown widget in any of eight styles: Celebration, Photo, Sticker, Ticket, Calendar, Dots, Minimal and List. Celebration is free; the other seven come with the one-time unlock

• Preview every style before you place it, and the preview is pixel-for-pixel what lands on your home screen

• The days until the next birthday, as one number you can read at a glance

Birthday reminders that arrive on time

• Choose one of three reminder plans: the day before and the day itself, a week ahead, or a full run at 30, 14, 7 and 1 days. Custom reminder days come with the one-time unlock

• Every birthday alert is rescheduled after a restart, a time change, a new timezone and an app update

• Each birthday comes around again every year and the countdown resets by itself

Track every birthday in one place

Common questions

How do birthdays get in? You type them in yourself, which takes a few seconds per person.

Do I need an account? No. There is no sign-up, no server and nothing to log in to.

Will the reminder still arrive if I restart my phone? Yes. Every birthday reminder is rescheduled after a reboot, a time change and an app update.

Can I see how old someone will turn? Yes, once you add their birth year.

Does the widget work without opening the app? Yes. The birthday countdown on your home screen refreshes by itself, every day.

Is it a countdown or a birthday timer? Both words fit: the number on the widget is the days left until the birthday.

Can I put a birthday reminder widget on my home screen? Yes, that is the whole idea. Pick a style, pick a person, place it.

What about a birthday on 29 February? It is handled explicitly, every year.
