This application can help users calculate daily calorie needs that are tailored to the needs and body type of each user, as well as monitor daily calorie needs. This monitoring function is carried out by recording the food consumed through the food feature and recording sports carried out by the sports feature. Users can still view calorie records from previous days so that they can help users monitor their daily calorie adequacy level.
