Developed from the authors’ teaching experience, the book’s main objective is to work with the concepts of linear algebra, aiming at its use in other areas as well. For this purpose, vector spaces over fields in general are studied, including, for example, the set of complex numbers, in addition to the set of real numbers.   It is fundamentally algebraic, but also contemplating geometric aspects, an approach that allows highlighting the formal concepts that guide the theory. The book applies to teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, especially in mathematics and physics courses.
