English Language (Speaking) to Sign & Written Language Converter

Deaf people can't hear, but they must be having a smartphone which has a microphone, & it can be used to hear the surroundings voice / direct speeches & convert them into deaf people's sign language which they can understand. Although I spent just few hours in it so it's not real time, but the concept can be used.
