Designs Calligraphy

Calligraphy is a term derived from the word kalio and Graphia in Greek, which is generally interpreted as a wonderful article. In English calligraphy known as calligraphy, whereas Arabic is better known as khath. In an environment of culture, calligraphy can be highlighted in two aspects, namely from the side of calligraphy as a script that has become a symbol for writing letters or words and in terms of its existence as a result and the aesthetic process.

As the script for writing letters, calligraphy is closely linked with the nature of mind and as a result, and the aesthetics, calligraphy is closely related to the aesthetic conditions prevailing in a society. This association can be explained by understanding that calligraphy, as writing in general, is a work that was able to accommodate the notion of the author or artist. Under such circumstances, calligraphy serves as a vehicle to store, preserve, and disclose back ideas and thoughts of a person or a particular community
