Dictionary Decertification

If you are an avid puzzle solver, crossword champion, or have a strong understanding of the building-blocks within the English language, this app is designed to put your knowledge to the test! Originally developed with the intent of becoming a website, the database of over 92,000 English words has been adapted for use with this game.

Future iterations may add the ability to search the database for words you see and mark for later review, for those life-long learners out there. For now, bring your dictionaries and thinking caps for a chance to reach the high-score in the most expansive quiz-application currently available!

The app currently has one mode in which you see the definition of a word, and your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to select the correct word that matches that definition. If you select the incorrect word, you will see the definition for the word you selected so that you can study it and learn!

Future iterations will add game-modes which will allow you to select difficulty, length, themes, and other customizable options to make the game more unique to you. As an initial release, please check for updates occasionally, and enjoy the amazing expansive database!
