User guide for the Direct Chat Android application

About Application:

Direct Chat is the offline application app (Version 1.0 supported on 4.0.0 or more) which uses WIFI-Direct for Technology for Chat. App required two devices for peer, when the two devices connected then user can send and receive IM Simultaneously. Multi-user can also chat simultaneously.

How to Use App:

To start chat with the other device in the range of Wi-Fi-Direct you should have install the app on the both devices.

Steps to Chat:

1. Launch app then click on start Communication Button. App will take you to the new Activity Page.

2. Click on Refresh List. If your WIFI-Direct is not on App will ask you to open WIFI-Direct from settings.

3. When you turn on WIFI-Direct in both devices then App will ask you to pair or connect with current devices in the list

4. When you press devices in the list you will connect to device and app will take you to the message page

5. Just type message and press send button
