Direct Mail

The Direct Mail app by ClickSend allows delivery people to not only track and report back on their progress, but stores all completed jobs, providing users with a detailed job history and also giving first access to direct mail delivery jobs via notifications.

The application is super simple to use on the job, once you've downloaded and installed and created your account you will see a list of jobs available to apply for. Once you're approved for a job it will appear in your Jobs List, once you're in the delivery area and are about to start delivering just select 'Start Job' and the app will begin to track your location, even in the background when your phone is locked. Press 'Pause' when you've finished for the day or need a break and we'll stop tracking your location. Only press 'complete' when you're 100% finished with the job in full.

This tracking information allows delivery people to provide a level of service that is best in class as they can, if required, demonstrably show their clients that their direct mail is being delivered on time and in the correct areas.

The app makes it easy for you to:

- track your location while delivering

- see your previous routes travelled and report it to your manager

- manage your delivery tasks.
