DLS Pre-Screen

Pre-screening questionnaire to expedite entry to campus for faculty, staff and students. Allowing the school to monitor individuals coming on campus to help ensure the safety of all. Answers to questions will either give a "Clear" screen to proceed to campus entry or secondary screening information. Students and staff will complete the questionnaire in the app each day before arriving to school.
