Detailed App description:

The concept of faith as mentioned in the Holy Bible is clear to many of us . Usually, the opposite of faith is fear. However, the word fear as used in the Holy Scriptures has several meanings. We have godly and ungodly fear. Godly fear refers to reverence to God; respect of man; the quest to be in good standing with God and man (righteous living). Ungodly fear is that which diminishes a person’s faith in God; brings about timidity and bondage. The different ways that fear has been used in the Holy Bible is captured in this app.

Faith also has several interpretations including trust in God; strong believe in God and so on. Faith may also refer to a religion so sometimes we say or hear Christian faith. To dominate ungodly fear, a person requires fortified faith by meditating on the faith filled words in the Holy Bible, therefore, the purpose of this app. This app has more than 400 memory verses for the Christian community to learn and memorize.

The Home tab has ‘Today’s Verse’; ‘Yesterday’s Verse’ and ‘Download More Apps’. Every day, a new verse is delivered under ‘Today’s Verse’.

‘Weekly Verses Pool’ pools together all the verses of the week. These verses are automatically removed after the week and a new compilation starts.

‘Central Verses Pool’ has all the verses in the database. This allows users to have an unending experience with the app.

You see the scores you attained after attempting a quiz under ‘Score’. You have two quiz formats - fill in the missing words and puzzle.

Under ‘Settings’, you may modify the number of notifications per day; modify font colour, font size and font type. This allows for customized interfaces for sharing with friends.

The default background picture at home can also be changed to one’s preferred picture(s).
